I stumbled upon SSW’s eXtreme Programming Development Method while because i noticed that they have completed this very nice looking real estate mapping site - www.spyk.com. It looks awesome, and they are definately onto a good thing, but it has a number of flaws.
However, they company that I assume is behind it - SSW - has an excellent breakdown of thier Software Development Methodology - and i got to hand it to them - its as beautiful as thier mapping application, and a very succint description of what is involved.
