In the something for nothing post before this one I mentioned that I signed up a friend with Jumba Interactive Group for hosting.? Its been a week and I have contacted them for customer service three times and have also signed up another of my domains – bevanclark.com (its just empty, I wouldn’t bother visiting, I think ill use it as a staging server) and my experience with them is faultless so far.?
?
However, I have also had my eye on NearlyFreeSpeech.net for quite some time and I think that if you are looking for international hosting they are certainly worth a second look.? It seems Bugmenot.com – Bypass Compulsory Registration is also hosted with them, and I also have a friend who has recently started with them.? It just seems to be a great way to operate a company – no sales people, no commissions and no affiliate programs.? Additional to this they explain exactly what you get for your money clearly and simply and then they go on to tell you exactly how they spend your money – awesome.? And the bottom line is that there is a basic charge of about $1 a gig of traffic – that’s pretty damn low. ? You don’t get cpanel or plesk with the deal which is a shame, but their homegrown admin application seems to cover all the required functionality, and you can have as many MySQL servers as you want.
?
Like I said? - NearlyFreeSpeech.net has no affiliate programs so I get nothing for mentioning this, and I also have no personal affiliation with them, it just seems like a good deal worth spreading around.
